Road Trip Weekend

Hadley got to experience her first ever road trip this weekend!  And in the days leading up to it, I have to tell you - I was nervous!  How would she do on the nearly three hour car ride?  Would she sleep somewhere other than in the comfort of our own home??  Were we crazy for taking on this endeavor???  But like everything else when it comes to this sweet girl, she completely blew us away!  She loved the long car ride, she charmed everyone on the trip, and she slept so soundly the one night that we were gone.  I probably sound like a broken record when talking about her...but Hadley is seriously amazing!

And since our baby girl was so good, it allowed for us all to have a wonderful weekend away celebrating my precious niece's first birthday.  Hadley got in lots of snuggles with just about everyone around.  Hayes played with his cousins and all of their fun toys.  Cody was able to rest and relax with the guys.  And I actually had a few moments without a kiddo in my arms to snap a few pictures!

Hayes was so bummed when we told him we needed to leave after breakfast.

But once we made it home, this guy was pooped!
