When we pulled up to the church, Hayes was amazed that the whole front yard was covered in various games and events and his sweet little voice automatically started calling out which ones he wanted to do first. So of course, we bought him a big bag of tickets as soon as we got out of the car...and off he went! He was such a big boy as he handed the volunteers his tickets, participated in each of the activities, and then picked out the perfect prize as his reward. We all had such a great time together, and once again Cody and I were reminded that our sweet little boy is not so little anymore. He is growing up with each passing day, and we could not be more proud of the person that he is starting to become...and the big brother that he will very soon be!!

Spring Fling
Last night, Hayes's preschool had their annual Spring Fling - a big fundraiser and all around fun evening for the whole family. And it could not have come at a better time! Remember how in my last post I said that I was trying to do something special and fun for Hayes each week? Well...that simple task is getting really, really hard lately. I am just so big. And so pregnant. And so uncomfortable. And the list goes on, and on, and on. So a Friday evening was the perfect opportunity to spend some good quality time as a family...because Cody was there to help out too!
